Proxmox Server

When upgrading my desktop computer to a new motherboard platform,
I decided to reassemble my old parts into a dedicated learning platform.
My personal server is a headless, bare-metal, Proxmox Server.
Proxmox is an open source Type 1 Hypervisor based on the GNU/Linux distribution Debian.
It and all services hosted within it are accessed remotely through TailScale VPN. Utilizing a Type 1 Hypervisor allows the management of all services through a centralized platform.

    Ubuntu Server - Contains nested virtualized services via Docker
    Windows Server 2025 - Active Directory Domain Server / DHCP Server for experimentation and learning
    Windows 11 - Hosts joined to AD/DS

LXC Containers

    Alpine Linux - Lightweight container configured with mapped Samba Network Drive
    Pi-Hole - DNS Sinkhole for network level domain blocking
